For mid-career professionals, the opportunity to re-examine options can lead to a powerful reinvention. Our career coaching services lead you through a three-step process:

  • Exploration: Through coaching, we explore your skills, aptitudes and experience that point to your strengths and distinction. Together, we uncover market opportunities that align with your career direction and cultural, organizational "sweet spot."
  • Planning. Once we have identified your desired career destination, we create a set of objectives and goals, breaking them into achievable milestones.
